Combine Empress Gin (2 oz.), Luxardo Maraschino liqueur (0.5 oz.), crème de violette (0.25 oz.) and lemon juice (0.75 oz.). Shake well. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lemon twist and cherry.
Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston’s rooftop restaurant serves up an Élevé Sour, a modern, vegan take on the whiskey sour. Combine Knob Creek Rye (2 oz.), Aquafaba (1 oz.), lemon juice (1 oz.), orange tea syrup (1 oz.) and a dash of bitters in a shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a glass and garnish with an edible flower.

Combine Uncle Nearest peanut-infused whiskey (1.5 oz.), peach vermouth (0.5 oz.), peach syrup (0.5 oz.) and lemon juice (0.75 oz.). Add a splash of amaretto and peach vinegar and strain into a glass. Garnish with a dehydrated peach.
